By downloading, installing, or using the Gyanitalk app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the App.
Intellectual Property & Restrictions: The App, its content, and all related intellectual property rights (including trademarks, logos, code, graphics, and databases) are owned by Gyanitalk or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, translate, decompile, reverse-engineer, extract source code, or create derivative works from the App, or use any of our trademarks without our prior written permission.
Privacy: By using the App you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy, do not use the App.
App Functionality, Updates & Availability
Gyanitalk aims to provide a reliable and useful service, but we may update, change, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. We may introduce paid features or subscription tiers; we will be transparent about any charges and provide clear information about what you are paying for.
We are not responsible for reduced functionality due to lack of internet connection, device compatibility issues, or actions caused by your mobile carrier (for example, data charges or roaming fees). You are responsible for keeping your device charged and for maintaining your own network access.
Device Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. Do not root or jailbreak your device; doing so may expose your device to security risks and may prevent the App from functioning properly. Gyanitalk is not liable for issues caused by modified device environments.
Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services (for analytics, hosting, payments, social integrations, etc.) that have their own terms and policies. Examples include Google Play Services, Firebase, and Facebook. We are not responsible for the content or services provided by third parties; please review their terms before using features that rely on them.
User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
- Post, send, or share content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes another person’s rights;
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
- Spam, advertise, or otherwise engage in unsolicited commercial communications.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of wallet or promotional balances, and where appropriate, legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gyanitalk and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months (if any), or a minimal statutory amount where applicable.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for any other reason. On termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies we may have under law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Gyanitalk is incorporated (unless we explicitly specify otherwise). Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
